Accidentally closed without saving

I accidentally closed a worksheet without saving my
multiple changes. I have AutoRecover turned on, but I
know that autosave copies are deleted once the document
is closed. Does anyone know of a way to recover my work
without starting completely over again? Any help would
be appreciated.
