accidental removal of trash bin

My son accidentally removed the recycle bin from the desk
top any ideas out there how to undo this would be greatly
appreciated.

Right click desktop, properties, desktop tab, customize desktop, choose
icons you want to show.
If that doesn't work, try system restore.

From Windows Explorer, try a right-click drag of the BIN to the Desktop,
then Create Shortcut Here. If no go, and the BIN is damaged...

Kelly has a fix on her excellent site:
