ACCESSING VCD/DVD PLAYER

Hi All , I want to access the external vcd/dvd/cd player which weconnect to TV's to be operated with Computers. I am havingWINNOV card in my pc along with dvd player.Now using dotnet iwann to open,close,forward,.. operations to be performed. AnyReferences or suggestions plz fwd me.Thnks in Advance
