Accessing/sharing files between XP-Pro and Win2000 Pro problem

I have 3 computers on a LAN.

No1. Win2000 Pro
No2. Win2000 Pro
No3. Win XP-Pro

All 3 computers have an Administrator Account with the same password
which only I know. No 2. and No 3. each have a user account with Admin
privileges.

If I sign on with the Administrator ID on any computer, I automatically
gain access to all the files on the Win 2000 machines, ie

No1 can access No2
No2 can access No1
No3 can access No1 and No2

However, neither No1 nor No2 can access any of the files on No3.

Anyone got any idea why please?

Unfortunately that is not it. When I browse from a Win2000 machine I
get "incorrect password or unknown username" :-(
