Accessing Network Shares

I have a Cluster setup with Windows 2003 Enterprise.

Each server has 2 NIC cards

1 is for WAN access, and other is for the heartbeat crossover.

Problem i am having is i cannot view network shares over WAN, it wont find
anything even by doing a // and the ip. Now i can see the servers over the
private crossover fine, and trade files between the two over their private
addresses but not their public addresses. Whats even more odd is that i can
view shares on the servers from other servers over the WAN. I am guessing
tehre is a conflict with MS File Sharing between the two NICs. Has anyone
have any insight on this?

Have you tried \\ and the IP? Please quote the exact commands
you used!
