Accessing computer behind router

Hi

How can I connect to a computer inside a network from outside if you
only know it's internal network's IP? For example, if computer is
behind home router.

You can't. You need to know the public IP Address of hte router then
forward the needed ports to the private IP Address of the computer you want
to access.

You can find the public IP Address of your router from its admin page, or
just go to a site like http://www.whatismyip.com

You can use a an assigned open port to the remote control application as a
form of additional Routing.
