accessing calendar printing assistant when installed

have installed it but have no new options for printing! how does it work once
installed?
 
It will be a separate "sort" of program. It is on the Start menu,
All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools. Just
lauch this separate application and it will work in conjunction
with your Outlook Calendar.
