Accessing an Internet Explorer Site

When I click on some icons on my desktop, I receive this
message:
This file does not han=ve a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the
Folder Options control panel.
Can anyone tell me how to procede to create the
association.

Before you do create a file association look at the Properties of the Icon
and make sure you want to open it. If you did not create that Icon it may be
some parasites.
