Accessing a webserver behind win2k professional help

Hello,

I have a network appliance which is accessible via web interface on my
internal network. the port can be changed to anything; right now its
1024.

I have a win2prof machine connected to the same network via ethernet.
This also happens to be the machine connected to the internet via USB
device-its actually a vsat link. I have a real IP address linked to
this comp-meaning i can access this comp via an IP address from the
internet.

I want to now also access the network appliance which is inside the
private network, via the internet. I believe some kind of port mapping
would be required, i really dunno how to go about doing it.

grateful if someone can help me in setting this thing up.

Thanks in advance,
gujug.

network IDs as follows:
appliance [internal webserver]
192.16.20.100:1024
win2k ethernet:
192.16.20.50
win2k USB VSAT real IP
202.xxx.xxx.xxx

objective is to access internal 192.16.20.100:1024 via the internet,
through USB real IP which might be something like 202.xxx.xxx.xxx:1024
..

grateful if someone can help me in setting this thing up.

please revert with any help !!!
