Accessibility for Low-Vision of DOS Window

I'm posting this on behalf of a customer who is legally blind and just moved
to Windows XP. He's trying to get a short-cut to a DOS box (like you'd launch
with Start > Run > CMD) on his desktop. He'd like to have the properties on
the short-cut set so that when DOS opens:
1. It automatically has a dark red background and yellow text (works best
for him)
2. Opens in Full Screen
3. Large font

I can get 1 & 2, but item 3 eludes me. Even in the Command Prompt properties
(of the short-cut), I've chosed the TrueType font and size 36 (22 wide/36
high), and clicked APPLY. WHen it opens in full-screen, it's traditional
small fonts.

If I remove the Full-Screen setting, I can open the window with the larger
font settings.

Is there any way to do both 2 & 3?

THanks for any guidance!

At system level, I don't think you can go beyond the parameters as specified
on the font tab of the Command Prompt properties box.

You might want to try this question on the windowsxp.customize newsgroup.
They might know of a registry hack or perhaps some add-on that would allow
this.
