I use an Access DB to maintain "review of documents". Each must be
reviewed every 3yrs.
I have 2 tables, one is a distribution list, the other a document
list. The relationship is the "short name" of who is responsible for
the document.
I have a query with all applicable info. The next review date has a
"between[enter start date] and [enter end date] " operator.
The same info in the form and a report.
I then made a sendobject macro that sends the report to: =[email
adress]
thing is, once I pull up the form and click the button to mail
the .rtf it only sends it to the first person on the list.
I have the report grouping the responsible parties. What I would like
to see is the first page of the report goes to the associated
responsible persons email, the second page goes to the name on the
second page of the report and so on.

set up a distribution list in Outlook and enterthat name into the 'To' part
of the action arguements
