Hi,
I have a son who is ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) he is
15yrs old.
His computer has Win XP Pro installed (Legal), and hard disk is only 10gig.
Have tried to tell him to stop downloading every thing in sight.

He gets into every thing, downloading games visiting porn sites and
downloading music.
He has even forced my to password protect the Bios

I have two questions:

1/ I want to limit what he can download (need examples of how it can be
done)

2/ I also want to set internet explorer so that he can not visit certain
sites

I will be setting up his own account on PC and need it to be impossible (or
at least as hard) for him to get into things i do not want him in.
