I have worked in Access for 2 yrs for 1 company. Now that company has been
bought out. I would like to set up the new company with a new database in
the same access progam I was using before. Can I do this?

Depends on your contract with the former company; the application -
and particularly the data - may be the property of the company, not
yours. Talk to someone that would know, and perhaps to a good attorney
as well.

TECHNICALLY, sure. Just run Delete queries to empty the tables of data
pertaining to the old company (leave your utility tables such as state
names, etc. alone of course), and make any needed changes to the
labels on the switchboard (it might be embarrassing to have a big ACME
CORP banner pop up if you're now working for ZETATECH).
