Iam new at using MS Access

I have MS Access XP installed on my machine, i can not seemed to find a way
to lift the Macro security settings from Medium to Low,

Does anyone know how this can be done?

First of all open any database file.

Next go to Tools > Macro > Security

Select your desired security level and press "OK".
