Command line changes to access settings

I want to know if there is any way to change the Macro security level to low
using a command line? Here is my problem. We are running windows XP Pro and
Office 2003 Pro. We have shared computers. Everytime a new person signs onto
a computer and tries to access one of our databases they get the security
warning. Once the change has been to made to that user so that the message
does not come up it is fine. Once another client signs in he/she has this
same issue. What I would like to do is run a command that will change that
option when any user signs onto the pc or to change that setting for all
users that sign onto the machine (new or existing). If anyone can shed some
light this way I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks

Thanks for the tip. I will give them a try tomorrow and see what damage I can
do. Will follow up with this.
