Access XP - Reports Generated from Queries

Access in Office XP

I have reports that run directly from a query. Before I
run my report, is it necessary to physically run the query
or does the report automatically run the query before it
displays the results?

As long as your Query is the RecordSource of the report, your report will
run it automatically.
 
Thank you, Cheryl. That is where I have the query listed
and that is excellent. It saves alot of time and effort
setting up buttons to regenerate the query/report each
time. Thanks again!
