Access will not record entry

Running Office XP Win 2000 Pro. Been entering info in Access for over a year. All of a sudden Access will not record my enteries. How do I fix?
 
try repair & compact (within the db or a shortcut with /REPAIR /COMPACT)
if that dosen't help try shortcut with /DECOMPILE - reqiures shift key to
work
