Access vs Outlook

I have a macro that generate an email to a distribution list but is in a
Notepad like email format, is there anyway that I can use a template or rich
text email? Or is there anyway that I can pull an outlook template?

Please let me know if there is a sample code, website or code that I can
study to generate email with a template and/or in rich text format in
outlook.

Thank you for your collaboration and guidance.

Louis,
This is probably too simple of an answer for what you're doing but,
I'm working on a similar type report to e-mail as well, it appears to
me that the RTF format is an option in the macro editor?

The problem I'm having is that Outlook gives me a warning message
that states "A program is trying to automatically send e-
mail ....blah" and has to be answered with a "yes", I'm trying to
automate this process so there doesn't have to be any human
involvement. Anyone have any idea how to get around this?

Mike.

I heard that there is a fix for the problem that you indicated. The name is
"Outlook Redemption". Do a search in the web and you could find additional
details.

Hopefully, this help.

Thanks but it seems like this ought to be possible without additional
software.

I simply want to allow the access program the ability to send mail?

You'd think so, wouldn't you? However, it's a security issue, and since
Microsoft gets hammered on so soundly for security issues, there's no other
way around that I'm aware of.

The situation has been improved in Office 2007 though.
