Runcheck.exe is a Microsoft Windows file? If not, then track its source down
and verify that it has been programmed for Windows 2000. If downloaded off
the internet, re-do the download and re-install since the originally downloaded
file might be corrupt. These are just some of the basics that result in a report
of an access violation.
Look at the properties of this file and see if you can determine who wrote
the file. I see some information that suggests it is part of your video
driver suite.
