Access Violation on exit

I have a spreadsheet with several macros/user forms.
It has been running fine until recently. The workbook
resides on a network but is not a shared book. Only one
persons computer seems to generate the problem in the
first instance which then repeats when anyone else
subsequently opens the book:

Error mess:
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address:
0x3010eb28

This occurs when saving workbook then closing workbook
from macro.

Any ideas?
