Access to Word Documents

Hi Everyone
I have a question regarding exporting information in access to a
specific word document.

Example:
I have client XYZ with Specific Policy Detail Information.

I want to have a button on the Policy Detail Information Form that once
the form is completed I will click the button and it will open the
specific word document with the completed information. Basicly import
the record information(Fields) from Access to Word (Fields).

Similar to creating a report but with word document instead?
