Access to Word - Conditional Formatting Colors

This is a similar question to the one posted by Jeff on 1/26/05. Can anyone
help?? The Access report has conditional formatting of red text if the
criteria is NO and blue text if the criteria is YES. When the report is
exported to Word, the blue text remains and the red text is changed to blue.
No red text. Access 2003 on WindowsXP

Word does not preserve all the formatting of a report. To get an exact
image (or close to it) you need to use snapshot format, or save it as a pdf
file using a third-party pdf writer.
