Recently I did switch to WindowsXP PRO from Win2000 where I did not have such
problem. When I'm on secure server(have open home page after login with
username and password) I can click on any link on this page and without
problems I'm getting new screen in this same window. When I try to open
linked page in new window I'm getting error: "Access to this page is
Forbidden !! - I cannot determine who you are. - You must always login
and accept the cookie... "
Can someone help me with thisone?

Are their cookies coming from a third party server? What happens if you move
the site into the trusted zone? More specifically you may need to add the
cookies from the third party site into the allowed cookies. All this can be
done in the IE options.

Are you using a firewall that has privacy protection built in? Perhaps
ZoneAlarm?
