Access to set Outlook appointments?

I would like for an Access form on open to automatically send all records of
a certain date criteria to the Outlook calendar. Can anyone please help?
 
Thanks for your reply. This code only sends the current record. How would I
manipulate a recordset? I appreciate your help.
