Access to PDF

It seems this has been asked before, but here goes:

Can I populate fields in an existing Adobe (pdf) file from records in an
Access db, either natively or via third party add-in? I'm using Access 2002,
but am considering upping to 2007.

Maybe but how to append things to an existing PDF would probably be better
asked in an adobe group. Search Adobe in the newsgroups.
