access to email-denied by OE

Outlook Express denied me access to an attachment to an
email from a known source-an institution of which I am a
member. I received the following when I tried to access
an attachlment:
"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your e mail: statemlent following the consecration of
Canon V doc"
How can I delete that ability to deny access?

This newsgroup is for MS Access, the database product. If you have further
questions about Outlook Express, ask your question in one of the newsgroups
with outlookexpress in the name such as

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
