Access to database - want it shared

I get the following message on a new database I created:
"The database had been placed in a state by user 'Admin' on machine
'xxxxx' that prevents it from being opened or locked.

The file is in use by one of my employees - she is not Admin.

I am not sure what I need to do to unlock it and share the file

OK, that's fine then. You need to follow my other advice, regarding
splitting and windows permissions on the folder.

A few minutes looking through the menus and you'd have found it.

Tools, Database Utilities, Database Splitter.
