Access to AOL using Windows NT 4.0 sp6

R

Ron Stewart

I have been attempting to set my dial up access to AOL on
my lap top that has Windows NT installed.

As I get to the point where the computer dials AOL to
obtain local access numbers, I get a prompt
that "Application error has occured, log is being
generated". When generated log pops up it reads "WAOL.exe"

"Exception: Access Violation (0xc0000005), Address:
0x77e7cedb".

What do I need to do to be able to install AOL 7.0 on my
Windows NT computer??

Any helpwould appreciated.

Thanks............Ron

I think you're in the wrong group my friend, this group is for the Microsoft
Office product named "Access", not for internet access questions...
