Access Table to Outlook Calendar?

I have a table in Access that has various fields. Is it possible to take
certain fields such as First Name, Last Name, Date of Appointment, etc. and
import them into an Outlook Calendar?

Yes. Open Outlook. Choose File, Import and Export, Import from Another
Program or File, and choose Access. Follow the steps of the wizard, and make
sure to map your Access fields to the Outlook calendar fields where you want
them.

What I want is the Outlook Subject to be my First and Last Name fields with
the sum of Number of Adults and Number of Children. Then put that into the
proper day and time from the field DateAndTime. (It is a general date
format).

When I import into Outlook, It only lets me map one field from access to
each outlook field.

Is this possible?
