Access Short Cut Keys

Is there a keystroke combination that copies the contents of the field from
the preceeding record into a new record?

<Ctrl> + ' (the apostrophe)

For other keystroke/shortcuts, try Access HELP (or F1) and look for
keystroke or shortcut.

In addition to Jeff's response...
On my website below, (Tips) I have a .doc file that lists all the shortcut keys for
Access 97, by category
(I would think most of them are still common to A200 and A2003)
