Access runtime

I intend to deploy an Access2003 application with Runtime.
I have Access 2003 and Visual Studio 2005 tools for office
but I cannot find the "Package Wizard" anywhere.
Can anybody help me to create the runtime files for the application??

You should see it on Start >> All Programs >> Microsoft Office >>
Microsoft Office Access 2003 Developer Extensions >> Package Wizard
