Can anyone tell me the limitation of the # of fields for a report? I am
getting an error for to many fields.

Number of controls and sections you can add over the lifetime of the
form or report 754
 
Does this error perhaps happen when trying to create a report using the
report wizard? There appears to be a limit on the number of fields the
wizard can handle, so if that's what is happening, try creating the report
without using the wizard.
