access reports to MS Word to include graphics

I'm trying to export an existing access report to MS Word with the graphics
and charts. I know about PDF or SNP but the file exported would still need
to be modified by an end user. Any way to keep everything on the Access
report in tact while being able to send the doc to have verbiage added?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
