Access Reports not openning

I have an unusual case here. An Access file with reports that functions fine
everywhere except one machine where it won't allow me to open any of the
reports withno help or explanation. I even tried to create a new report on
the same machine in a new Access file and at the end of the wizard it told me
it can't create the report. When I try to go into the design of a report in
any Access file on this machine it does not do anything, not even a
message?????
