Access Report conditional formatting

Hello,

I want to have a section of my report turn red if the space is left blank.
This is for an educational requirements field that would contain a date. If
there is no date, the EE is missing the skill. On the report, I want to
highlight this to catch the readers attention. Please help
 
Basic,

In design view of the report, select the control, and then select
Conditional Formatting from the Format menu. Enter 'Expression Is', and
then...
[NameOfYourField] Is Null
and set the colors you want.
I think this is what you are asking, rather than literally wanting the
whole report Section red.
