Access Replication / Off-Line Capabilites

I have developed an Access database that is used by multiple sales people
across the country. There is one database for each sales person and that is
replicated to the home office every week. The sales person will zip and email
the replica to the office, it will then by synced with the master, a new
replica will then be made and sent back to the sales person. The company does
have VPN access and was wondering if it was possible to sync the databases
from the Laptop of the sales person to the master at the office. Does anyone
know if this is possible?

I should add that I would like to do the syncing over the VPN from the laptop
to the home office.
