Access Replication Errors

I am getting an error when I try to replicate my
database - the error is Could not Update; currently
locked.

How do I fix this error, where do I go to find out what is
locked
 
I am getting the same error when I try to synchronize with my replicas after
some design changes. Anyone know why? Thanks for any help at all.
