Access Remote desktop

I have 2 PC Named GTHE1 and GTHE2, both having windows XP installed.
Networking is there inbetween both the PC, both is connected with Crosscable
connection. Networking and internet sharing is working fine.

Now my query is that it is possible that I can get the desktop of GTHE1
while working on GTHE2.
Same while working on GTHE2 I can get the Desktop of GTHE1.

If I will be able to solve this, then my job will far easier from some point
of view.

Please advise

Yes, it is possible to do this, provided that both PCs have WinXP
Professional installed.
