How do I access the Powerpoint newsgroup?

It depends on what "newsreader" software you are using.

If, as it appears from your From address, you're using the Microsoft
webpage, use the left panel. Select your language of choice; expand it
by clicking on the + icon. Then scroll down to the Office entry;
expand it by clicking th +. Scroll down to Powerpoint and expand it
yet again. Select the appropriate newsgroup within the
microsoft.public.powerpoint heirarchy.
