Access Query/Report to PowerPoint

I have several different access queries that feed into reports. When I have
to brief these, I export the reports into excel, make it look pretty, than
paste special into PowerPoint.

Is there a way to do this automatically at the click of a button/command?

The frustrating thing is having to manipulate all this data so that it can
be briefed in PP, I'd rather spend time analyzing the data than putting it in
this package!

I have a procedure that I can send to you, which will allow you to export a
table, query or report to a new PowerPoint file. You didn't indicate what
type of manipulation that you are doing in Excel, so I don't know if this
would serve your needs.

If you are interested, send me a private e-mail address with a valid
reply-to address. Whatever you do, please do not post your e-mail address (or
mine) to a newsgroup reply. Doing so would only attract the unwanted
attention of spammers.

I know that PP must be able to link to an Access database,
because otherwise, why did installing it install Jet Database
components, crashing my clients database application?

Perhaps you could ask your question in a Power Point group?
