access problems with FP 2000

I have many site on many providers. I opened a new site on a new provider
(bizland.com) I can not access through FP (any version) Open Web. It attempts
to connect to the server and then gives me "it does not exist" error. I can
get in thru IE using the "edit using FP" button. They tell me it is my
problem and they can not reproduce the problem. I asked a number of people
with every version of FP to open this site. Each received the same error
before it even got to ask for the ID & pwsd. Any thoughts? I have had them
reinstall the FP extions and I even reinstalled FP 2000 on my machine. REally
stuck so please help!

If you can get in thru the Edit w/FP button but not the normal way you might be entering the address incorrectly.

With FP opened: File|Open Web when the window comes up enter http://yourwebsiteaddr.xxx
or whatever address you *should* be entering in the box per your host's instructions.
