Access part of Office 2000 Small Business?

Does anyone know if Access is part of Office 200 Small Business? I can't
seem to find it anywhere. And if not, is there a way I can get it
somewhere by itself? Any help would be appreciated.

It is not. You must have professional version or above.

It is not part of the Small Business package. You may be able to find a copy
on eBay, but probably, you'll need to get a later version (2003 is the
current version). Owning the Small Business version makes you eligible for
the upgrade version of Access which sells for about US$100.
