Access OLE

For Access 97, inserting an object like a graphic brings up a dialog box
with different programs or object types to use in order to insert a graphic.
How do you add a program on the computer to this list?

missing from this list?

One program missing is my recent addition..Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10.

Since I cannot find any posts referring to Image Pro in the capacity as
an OLE Image server I'd have to say this application simply cannot
function as one.
