Access Maintenance Question

Maybe this is possible and maybe not, but does anyone know how I could use
ASP.NET and maybe a Button control to perform the "Compact and Repair"
option on a database like I can inside Access? I could do this by taking the
db offline, compacting and repairing, then upload the compacted one, but it
would be easier if I could just do it from a button in the Admin section of
this small app I am working on.

The example is for console application, but maybe if your webapplication has
enough rights on the webserver (and the underlying filesystem) it will do
the job.
