Access Macro

I'm running a macro to print a number of reports to pdf. I can't get past the
"save" window. Where in the macro design can I tell it to save?

I think you need comercial software to do that (or some nasty sendkeys code)

What are you using to print the reports? Take a look at the free ReportToPDF
sample Stephen Lebans has at http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm

No key stroke caoomad to save? Keystrok for "enter" would work too.

Sendkeys "{ENTER}"
Might do the trick
