Mark,

Access does not natively support the output of a report to PDF format.
The only way this can be done is to "print" the report to a pdf writer.
If you don't already have one, there are a number of good ones
available, free or cheap. I use pdf995 myself. Then, in the design
view of the report, go to the File|Page Setup menu, and set the printer
for the report to your pdf driver. Then, you can use an OpenReport
macro to run the report, and it will be outputted to a pdf file.

Thanks, Jim. Yes, I have heard good things about CuteFTP. But I am not
sure what you mean anout "activate a web page".

What I mean is when I use pdf995 it brings me to a web page
to purchase enhanced capability. Not a big deal. Treat
like another Popup

That's interesting, Jim. The only time I have seen this is when the
pdf995 driver is first installed. I have got it set up on quite a few
of my clients' systems, and we never see this behaviour.

.... mind you, we are using paid for and licenced copies, maybe that's a
factor?
