I am currently working on a access database that uses active directory to get
user information for log in purposes.

Is it possible for me to limit access to specific group as apposed to all of
active directory?

Not reliably. Any approach you might try can be easily broken by importing
all the objects from the database into another database and changing the
code. An MDE would make it harder, but not impossible.
