create a dynamic list of users from active directory?

Is it possible to create a dropdown box of users dynamically from an active
directory OU? I have made a call logging database, but every time a new
member of staff is added to active directory i have to add them to the
database as well, sometimes this doesn't get done lol

This would simplify matters greatly if there was a way of making a combo
drop down box thats dynamic :)
