Access License with VB.Net Apps

I am writing a VB.Net apps with MS Access database (only mdb). This VB.Net
apps will have add, delete and search activities.

What license and component should the customer/user required ?

Your .NET install should be sufficient. As long as your application is the
thing that is doing the interface, your users don't need Access.
