Hi!

I have encountered a big problem with my computer (XP). First all icons
dissapeared and then all links stopped working. The next ting was that all
EXE-files stopped working and I couldnt open dem (only whent I click on any
file and chose the program I want to start in the "open with" browser.
I then found www.dougknox.com and some reg-fixes (.reg-files wich I could
not start but could open in notepad and manually put it in registry with
regedit) and after this I got back Icons, links and the EXE started to work.

But now a new problem has come up: When I click a link or exe-file a popup
just say "Access is denied". This even happens when I log in as
Administrator!
What could be the problem?

Have you done a thorough scan of your system for viruses, adware,
spyware, etc.?
